Utkal Desai

Utkal Desai currently serves as the Head of Marketing at California Burrito since May 2025. Prior to this role, Utkal held the position of Senior Brand Manager at ITC Limited from August 2020 to May 2025, where responsibilities included managing the Sunfeast cracker and cake portfolio, driving brand metrics through effective marketing campaigns, and overseeing the global export of Sunfeast biscuits. Utkal's earlier experience includes serving as Area Business Manager for Watches Retailing and Eyewear at Titan Company Limited, where management of a turnover of 100 crore per month was achieved across multiple stores in Mumbai. Utkal began the career as a Management Trainee at Titan Company and also completed a summer internship at Titan Industries. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business, an MBA in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering from D. J. Sanghvi College of Engineering.
