Arpita Patel is a seasoned actuarial professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Actuarial Analyst at California Casualty Management Company since 2016, Arpita specializes in developing rate and rating plans for Personal Lines Homeowners Insurance, analyzing market conditions, and researching regulatory requirements. Prior experience includes a role as Valuation Team Lead at Manulife Financial, overseeing a team in Valuation Operations and ensuring high-quality reserve and capital calculations. Arpita holds a Bachelor of Mathematics with an Honours in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo and has previously worked in various analytical positions, including roles at Scotiabank, Passport Canada, and Logitech, demonstrating strong skills in data analysis and model implementation throughout a diverse career.
