Richard Shapiro has extensive experience in marketing and advertising, with a focus on direct mail campaigns. Richard has held various roles in different companies, starting with Mansfield / Gherini as a Production Manager in 1995. Richard then worked as a Senior Marketing Specialist at A.G.I.A for three years, where they were responsible for overall direct marketing programs. Shapiro joined Affinity Development Group in 1998 as a Communications & Production Director, overseeing all marketing communications for internal and client programs. In 2007, they became a Creative Director at Five Point Capital, where they developed and executed strategic marketing plans. Shapiro then worked as a Director of Marketing at Dish Network, where they planned and executed a $12 million direct mail program. Richard followed this by freelancing as a Direct Mail Creator, working with B2C and B2B clients. Currently, Shapiro works at California Casualty Insurance Company as the Direct Marketing & Creative Director | AVP, where they manage an $8 million annual direct mail program.
Richard Shapiro completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications & Marketing at UC Santa Barbara from 2000 to 2004.
