Beth Castroll

Staff Inspector at CCOF

Beth Castroll is an experienced professional in both culinary and procurement fields. Since July 2018, Beth has served as a Staff Inspector at CCOF, while working part-time as an On Call Catering Chef for various caterers in the Bay Area since January 2009. Previous roles include Part-Time Project Coordinator at RCM International, LLC, where Beth was involved in research initiatives and trade show management. Beth also held positions as a Sr. Buyer at Livescribe, Inc., managing procurement processes, and as a Purchasing Agent at ERG Transit Systems, overseeing similar activities. Beth obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History with an English minor from Rutgers University and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
