Hilda Watson

Hilda Watson, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in human resources. Hilda started their career as a Human Resources Admin Assistant at e-VentExe in 2005. Hilda then moved on to Pacific Coast Companies, Inc., where they held various roles including Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator, Payroll Representative, Human Resources Recruiter, HR Supervisor, and HR Business Partner. In 2014, they joined the California Chamber of Commerce as a Sr. HR Generalist and later held positions as an HR Manager, Director of Human Resources, and Vice President of Human Resources. Hilda has expertise in strategic HR, recruitment and termination, policy administration, employee relations, compensation, management, and worker's comp/safety.

Hilda Watson, PHR, SHRM-CP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento in 2005. Hilda also holds two certifications as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), obtained in March 2015.
