Djavan Nascimento

Djavan Nascimento currently serves as the Associate Director of Graduate Admissions & Operations at California College of the Arts, where responsibilities include leading recruitment strategies and directing the Transfer Admissions staff. Prior experience includes roles at Marymount Manhattan College overseeing operations for the Art & Art History Department, as well as various positions within fine arts and education, including a Fine Art Silkscreen Master Printer at Kingsland Printing and a Teaching Assistant at Pratt Institute. Djavan holds a Master's Degree with Distinction in Fine Arts from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Distinction in Studio Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder. Additional experiences encompass artist residencies, graphic design, and instructional roles in art.
