Maira Lazdins

Maira Lazdins is the AVP of HR at California College of the Arts. Maira has over 10 years of experience in the HR field. Maira started their career as a recruiter and then became an HR consultant. In their current role, they lead staffing and recruitment, and has established practices and procedures for recruiting and placement. Maira also directs a process of organizational planning and development, and recommends, develops, and implements HR policies. Additionally, they have established in-house management training programs and has determined practices to promote a positive company culture and high level of employee morale.
