Jen Carnine

Jen Carnine, CSM, CSPO, PMP, serves as an Executive Consultant and Program/Project Manager at California Community Colleges, focusing on Strategic Operations projects for the Workforce and Economic Development Division. Additionally, Jen is the President of Capitol Technology Services, LLC, which modernizes IT solutions for California agencies through agile methodologies. Previous roles include consulting for the California Department of Health Care Services on agile software development, advising on the California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control's Business Modernization Project, and managing programs at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Jen holds a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Technology Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of California, Davis.
