Patrick Tuck

Patrick Tuck is a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice, with extensive experience in litigation and municipal law. Previously, Tuck served as a Land Use and Litigation Associate at Wendel Rosen LLP and as a Litigation Associate at Bertrand, Fox, Elliot, Osman & Wenzel, where services focused on public entity defense across various legal matters. Tuck also held the position of Associate Attorney/Assistant City Attorney at Meyers Nave, providing legal expertise to multiple California municipalities and drafting critical legal documents. With a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University, Tuck has contributed to legal research and writing in diverse roles, including externships with the California Court of Appeal and the U.S. Department of Justice.
