Rick Acker

Rick Acker is a Supervising Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice, where tenure began in 2005. Additionally, Rick has been self-employed as an author since 2000. Prior to these roles, Rick served as counsel at Bingham McCutchen from 2000 to August 2005. Educationally, Rick earned a Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School between 1989 and 1992 and completed an undergraduate degree at St. Olaf College from 1984 to 1988.
