Ashley Gilreath

Ashley Gilreath is a program manager at the California Department of Water Resources, a position held since July 2019. Prior experience includes serving as program manager at the American River Parkway Foundation from 2016 to 2019 and as public lands conservation program manager for Citizens for Dixie's Future between January 2013 and March 2015. Additionally, Ashley completed an internship at the California Invasive Plant Council in 2010, where tasks included conducting a literature review and participating in management training. Earlier roles include project assistant at LFR/Arcadis, performing quality assurance evaluations and assisting with technical report preparation, as well as an internship at the Coastal Watershed Council focusing on water quality testing and event support. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Management from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
