David Fowler

David Fowler is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Construction Supervisor I at the California Department of Water Resources since April 2019. Prior to this role, David worked for Vali Cooper & Associates, Inc. as a Construction Inspector and Material Tester from April 2011 to April 2019, and for Blackburn Consulting as a Construction Inspector from May 2007 to May 2011, where inspections were conducted in the Truckee area as a public works inspector.
