Stanley Mubako

Stanley Mubako is a Senior Environmental Scientist (Supervisor) at the California Department of Water Resources, Division of Statewide Integrated Water Management since August 2021. Previously, Stanley worked as an Environmental Scientist at the State Water Resources Control Board from October 2019 to August 2021 and served as a Research Assistant Professor at The University of Texas at El Paso from August 2012 to September 2019. Additional experience includes positions as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Arizona State University and a Visiting Scientist at the U.S. Geological Survey. An extensive academic background includes a Ph.D. in Environmental Resources & Policy from Southern Illinois University, an MSc. in Water Resources & Environmental Management from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, and a Postgraduate International Diploma in Groundwater Resources from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, alongside a BSc. in Agriculture Honours (Soil Science) from the University of Zimbabwe.
