Roxanne Krasno, SHRM-SCP, CCP, is an experienced compensation professional with a strong background in managing market-based compensation programs across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Vituity since May 2020, Roxanne previously held the role of Compensation Analyst at Immanuel, where responsibilities included designing compensation plans and ensuring alignment with organizational philosophy.
