Monica Arenas

Monica Arenas is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and event planning. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at California Fish Grill since August 2019, Monica has previously held management roles at ECHO & RIG and Stanford University, where responsibilities included overseeing event planning, developing catering policies, and managing staff for a variety of events.
