Tien Nguyen

Tien Nguyen is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and education. Currently serving as the Customer Service Team Lead at California Fitness & Yoga since April 2022, Tien focuses on optimizing team performance and collaborating with marketing and sales for customer service initiatives. Additionally, Tien has been an IELTS Coach at The English Studio since March 2021, responsible for tailored instruction for diverse student groups. Previous roles include customer service at Da Nang Daisy Apartment, where Tien managed customer complaints and sales strategies, and a teaching assistant position at AMES ENGLISH Careers.
