Scott Owens

Scott Owens is an accomplished executive assistant with extensive experience in supporting leadership within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President and Board Liaison at the California Health Care Foundation since May 2014, Scott is instrumental in managing executive office operations and board governance while championing health care access and equity initiatives. Previously, Scott held key positions at The San Francisco Foundation, the Corporation for Supportive Housing, and various other organizations, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, managing budgets, and facilitating strategic initiatives. Scott's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and ongoing studies toward an MBA at Louisiana State University.
