Stephanie Teleki

Stephanie Teleki serves as the Director of Learning & Impact at the California Health Care Foundation, leading a team that supports program officers in overseeing a $42M annual grantmaking portfolio. With prior experience as a Senior Program Officer, Stephanie contributed to health care markets, transparency, and data initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as a Health Policy Analyst at RAND, managing engagements for federal agencies, and working as a Project Manager at the UCLA Center for Health Policy Research, where Stephanie oversaw the production of significant annual reports on health insurance and access to care. Stephanie holds a B.A. in History and English from Amherst College, an MPH in Health Services Research & Policy from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and a Ph.D. in Health Services Research & Policy from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health.
