Jesse Ozanian

Jesse Ozanian has a diverse work experience in the housing finance and development sector. Their most recent role is as a Senior Housing Finance Consultant at California Housing Partnership, where they started in July 2022. Before that, they worked as a Development Consultant at Zen Development Consultants LLC from October 2020 to July 2022. At Zen Development, Jesse specialized in assisting non-profit and for-profit developers in affordable and mixed-income housing projects.

Prior to that, Jesse worked as a Housing Project Manager at Humboldt State University from February 2020 to October 2020. In this role, they managed multiple deferred maintenance and capital improvement projects and coordinated construction procurement efforts.

Jesse also has previous experience at Mercy Housing, where they served as a Project Manager from June 2016 to February 2020. In this role, they managed multiple occupied affordable housing renovations and led resyndication construction loan closings. Jesse also developed project financial proformas to determine feasibility. Prior to being a Project Manager, Jesse held the roles of Project Assistant and Project Development Intern at Mercy Housing.
