Heather Curlee

Heather Curlee is a Senior Counsel at California ISO, focusing on the goals of the 2022-2026 Strategic Plan since September 2022. Prior to this role, Heather served as Counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from April 2016 to September 2022, where assistance was provided to the Energy & Climate Solutions team and advocacy for clean energy initiatives was pursued. Heather's experience also includes work as an Energy Associate Attorney at Sidley Austin from October 2008 to April 2016, where litigation pertaining to the California Energy Crisis occurred, and at Heller Ehrman from October 2007 to October 2008, offering counsel on FERC regulatory matters. Heather holds a JD from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a BA in Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University.
