Jodi Ziemathis

Jodi Ziemathis, SPHR, has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at California ISO since 2006, where responsibilities include employee relations, recruiting, HRIS, compliance, and policy development. Previously, Jodi held the position of Director of Human Resources at Calpine from 1997 to 2006, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, management, and HR business partnership. Jodi earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management from San Jose State University between 1989 and 2001.
