Jennifer E. Clancy is an experienced leader in behavioral health and population health, currently serving as the Director of Strategy at the California Institute for Behavioral Health Solutions since February 2020. With a background in consulting and health care leadership, Jennifer has held significant roles including Principal at Jennifer Clancy Associates and Executive Director of Population Health at IEHP, where capacity for targeting program development in specialty populations was markedly enhanced. Jennifer founded Jen Clancy Consulting, achieving substantial growth within two years, and previously held leadership positions at Village Care International and the Mental Health Services Oversight & Accountability Commission, where innovative policies and programs were designed to address critical health issues. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Social Work from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Swarthmore College.
