Shannon Shank

Shannon Shank, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Enterprise Applications at the California Institute of the Arts, where leadership includes strategic planning and execution of enterprise technology projects to enhance operational excellence. Prior to this role, Shannon held various leadership positions at Mount Saint Mary’s University, culminating as Senior Director of Enterprise Application Services, and managed numerous technology initiatives and integrations to support institutional needs. Shannon's earlier experience includes managing document management systems at Volt Information Science. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA from the University of Redlands and a BA in Mass Media Communications from Wilberforce University.
