Dr. Latanya Hughes Aka Dr. H

Dr. Latanya Hughes, also known as Dr. H, currently serves as a Dissertation Chair at The University of Arizona Global Campus and California Intercontinental University since August 2023 and August 2020, respectively. As the CEO and Founder of KLM Global Enterprises since October 2012, Dr. Hughes leads a certified minority, woman-owned conglomerate. Additionally, Dr. Hughes owns HEIR Jewelry & Accessories, emphasizing craftsmanship and quality. Previous roles include Contributing Faculty at Walden University and Dean at Stratford University, along with founding MAGNIFICENT International, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming global communities. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, an MBA in Hospitality Management from Strayer University, and a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management from Tuskegee University.
