Jessica Headington has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica started their career at the Institute of Reading Development, where they held various roles such as Call Center Operations Manager, Call Center Administrator, Teaching Logistics Coordinator, Head Teacher, and Teaching Facilities Coordinator. In these positions, they demonstrated skills in operational strategies, customer interaction systems, VoIP phone system configurations, and crisis management.
