Taylor Jackson

Taylor Jackson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government affairs and advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Government Affairs & Political Engagement at the California Primary Care Association since January 2023, Taylor previously held roles including Deputy Director of Government Affairs, Policy & Advocacy Director at the Center for Judicial Excellence, and Legislative Advocate/Lobbyist at the California Nurses Association. Between May 2014 and November 2017, Taylor contributed to the California State Assembly as a Senior Consultant for the Assembly Labor & Employment Committee, analyzing legislation related to the California Labor Code and workplace protections. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Legislative Aide for Assemblymember Roger Hernandez and a Leo T. McCarthy Fellow, both within the California State Assembly. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology & Religious Studies and History from the University of San Francisco.
