Nicole Schouten is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant with experience in outpatient and skilled nursing settings. Currently employed at California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy since August 2022, Nicole has effectively managed a diverse patient caseload, utilizing various treatment modalities for pain management and rehabilitation.
