Heather Rogers

Heather Rogers is currently serving as the Senior Director of Sustainability and Environmental Markets at California Resources Corporation since October 2024. Previously, Heather held the position of Senior Director of Project Origination at Anew Climate from June 2022 to October 2024, focusing on developing and monetizing environmental attributes in the industrial sector, particularly in carbon capture and storage. Prior to this role, Heather was the Director of Technical Climate Solutions Project Origination and Director of Environmental Products at Element Markets, where responsibilities included overseeing carbon offset projects and evaluating new market protocols. Heather began their career as a Sustainability Engineer at Riverence and as an Operations Analyst at EOS Climate, after graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2014.
