Lance Benefield is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in management and engineering across multiple industries. Currently serving as Team Leader Supply Chain and Category Manager at California Resources Corporation since August 2014, Lance oversees key supply chain functions and develops KPIs. Previous experience includes a role as Sr. Supply Chain Performance Advisor at Oxy, where responsibilities included analyzing market commodities, preparing diverse reports, and training in Supply Chain Management processes. Earlier career roles at Baker Hughes involved account management, reliability engineering, and providing direction to field engineers. Lance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and has also attended Texas A&M University.
