Palmira Hernandez

Palmira Hernandez is an experienced professional in land negotiation and regulatory compliance, currently serving as a Land Negotiator and Senior Division Orders Landman at California Resources Corporation since February 2014. Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting title instruments, auditing internal reports for accuracy, resolving complex ownership issues, and engaging with landowners and stakeholders on Division Order matters. As a Regulatory Advisor, Palmira led permitting strategy development for multiple oil fields, ensured compliance with environmental regulations, and communicated regulatory requirements across all organizational levels.
