Julia Lugo

Julia Lugo has extensive experience in the field of human resources and program management. Julia currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at the California Science Center. Prior to this, they worked at the Employment Development Department where they held various roles including Office Manager, Program Manager, and Program Representative. Julia also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Contessa Premium Foods and as a Human Resources Manager at Modernica, Inc. Additionally, they served as an Employment Services Supervisor at HomeBoy Industries, an Employment Program Coordinator at AYE - Archdiocesan Youth Employment Services of Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, and a Youth Program Coordinator at the California Hispanic Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (CHCADA).

Julia Lugo obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from National University between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz from 1995 to 1999. Julia also earned their High School Diploma from Schurr High School in 1995.
