Natesha Johnson

NaTesha Johnson, MPA, serves as the Program Director of Entrepreneurship & Workforce Development at Kern Community College District since July 2022. An Adjunct Professor at California State University, Bakersfield since January 2023, NaTesha engages students in entrepreneurial principles and business management. As Chief Executive Officer of UPSIDE PRODUCTIONS MANAGEMENT, INC. since February 2011, NaTesha leads a woman-owned consulting firm in Bakersfield that fosters strategic partnerships. Additionally, NaTesha founded Upside Academy, Inc., a non-profit organization that offers community service and volunteer opportunities for youth. As a Co-Owner of the Bakersfield Wing Festival, NaTesha helps raise funds for local non-profits, with more than $25,000 donated annually. Previous experience includes serving as Production Manager at Trilogy Production Studios from 2013 to 2019. NaTesha holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Bakersfield, and a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
