Christa June

Christa June is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project leadership and entrepreneurial initiatives aimed at empowering students. Currently serving as Project Lead at Accelerated Housing and Transit Development and as an Executive Board Member of Skystart, Christa plays a pivotal role in transforming financial barriers into business opportunities for college students. In addition, Christa is a Board Member for the Fly Compton Foundation and RBG Academy International, and holds an advisory position at California State University-Dominguez Hills for the Innovation Incubator. As the Founder and Educator of June University World Schoolers, Christa promotes experiential learning through travel. Christa also owns and operates Polk & June Design Studio, a creative maker-space utilizing advanced laser technology. Christa's previous experience includes a role as Composites Fabrication Manufacturing Engineer at Boeing, and education was completed at Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
