Barbara Barcon

Barbara Barcon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, operations, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Principal at Barcon & Associates since 2014, Barbara provides consulting services in strategic planning and business operations. Concurrently, Barbara has been a Project Manager for the Innovation Challenge Business Plan Competition at California State University, Long Beach since 2010, helping to enhance the competition's development over the last five years. Barbara's previous roles include CFO positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, TRW Space Business, and Hughes / Boeing Satellite Systems, along with a strong background in financial planning at Northrop Grumman Corporation and The Gores Group. Additionally, Barbara has held key leadership positions on various nonprofit boards, including Vice President and Head of the Audit Committee at the Salesian Boy's and Girl's Club.
