Dr. Ron Glickman

Dr. Ron Glickman is an experienced technology executive and educator currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at California State University, Los Angeles, since September 2014, while also holding the position of Vice President Information Technology (CIO) at Trader Joe's since May 2013. With a strong focus on improving system stability and fostering trust within his department, Glickman emphasizes strategic vision aligned with business goals. Previously, Glickman served as Chairman of the Board for Kesem National from 2004 to 2014, transforming the organization from a fledgling entity to a nationwide community supporting children impacted by a parent's cancer. Glickman has held various CIO roles at prestigious organizations, including UTi Worldwide Inc., DFS Galleria, and Dairy Farm International, leveraging expertise in IT transformation, strategic outsourcing, and leadership across multiple international settings. Dr. Glickman holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership from California State University, Los Angeles, an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, and a BBA from National University.
