Ari Malka

Ari Malka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and education. Currently serving as Co-Founder and President of Frontline Careers since January 2020, Ari also holds the position of Principal Investigator and Adjunct Professor at California State University, Northridge, where teaching focuses on Management and Organizational Behavior. Previous roles include instructing at MBA@Rice, managing Leadership and Organizational Development at DIRECTV, and consulting on human capital at PDRI. Notable earlier experiences comprise research internships at NASA, teaching at the University of Houston, and internships at ExxonMobil, where Ari specialized in training needs analysis and program development. Ari earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston and a BS in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
