Tom Cardenas

Tom Cardenas has a diverse work history spanning several industries. Tom started their career at Datatec Systems in 1997 as a Project Coordinator. Tom then moved on to George Petersen Insurance Agency in 2001, where they worked in Agricultural Mapping & GIS. In 2002, they joined California Surveying and Drafting Supply, Inc. and held various roles including Geospatial Sales and Trimble Certified Instructor, VP of Administration, and ultimately became the President in October 2015. In 2023, Tom joined the Advisory Board of Summer House, Inc., a non-profit organization supporting adults with disabilities in Yolo County, California.

Tom Cardenas attended Solano College from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a CCNA degree in Cisco Networking and C++ Programming. Additionally, they received a certification as a Trimble Authorized Certified Trainer from Trimble in December 2004. Tom also had a period of education at American River College, for which no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
