Matt Gardner

Matt Gardner serves as the Head of Life Sciences for the Americas at CBRE since March 2022, leading the Life Sciences practice within CBRE Advisory & Transactions. Gardner holds leadership positions including Chair of the Advisory Board for BioP2P Network, Board Chair and founding President of the California Biomanufacturing Center, and Board Member for the International Business Innovation Association. As the Founder and President Emeritus of the California Technology Council, Gardner champions initiatives supporting STEM education for girls while also serving as Chair of the National Council of Registered ISAOs. With extensive experience as an Innovation and Early Stage Advisor, Gardner has facilitated collaboration and start-up growth across numerous organizations. Educational qualifications include a BA in Political Science, Economics, and History, and an MA in History from the University of San Diego.
