Lauren Sanford

Lauren Sanford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in virtual assistance and business management. Since April 2019, Lauren has served as a Virtual Office Assistant at Wheelhouse Virtual Assistance, leveraging skills gained from running personal businesses to support other entrepreneurs in achieving growth. Concurrently, Lauren has worked as a Sales Representative at LA Fitness since July 2017 and co-owns NJ Tortilla Inc., specifically California Tortilla, a franchise specializing in fast-casual Mexican cuisine. Previous experience includes tenure as Assistant General Manager at RECTNJ, where responsibilities encompassed human resources, staff training, financial budgeting, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Lauren holds an Associate’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Brookdale Community College and completed education at Penn State University, along with graduating from Ramapo Indian Hills High School.
