Elaheh Esfahanian

Elaheh Esfahanian, PhD, PE, is a Water Resources Engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles across various sectors. Currently at California Water Service Company since February 2019, Elaheh focuses on water resources. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at Consumers Energy, managing over 15 gas regulator station projects, coordinating design, procurement, and project compliance. Elaheh also gained valuable experience as an Environmental Engineer Intern at the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and held research and teaching assistant positions at Michigan State University, contributing to innovative research in water resources modeling and environmental engineering. Elaheh holds a PhD in Biosystems Engineering and an MS in Environmental Engineering from Michigan State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Tehran.
