Mark Bloom

Mark Bloom is currently the Environmental Affairs Program Manager at California Water Service Company. Prior to this, Mark has held positions such as Environmental Specialist at UTC Pratt & Whitney, Environmental Engineer at United Technologies Corporation - Chemical Systems Division, and Geologist at Exlog Baker Intl. Mark holds a B.A. in Geology from the University of St. Thomas and an M.S. in Geology/Earth Science, General from Sul Ross State University.
