Mary Kean

Mary Kean, PE, has extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering, currently serving as Interim Manager of Capital Planning at California Water Service Company since May 2013, following a role as Project Engineer. Prior to this, Mary Kean was the Water Team Leader/Program Manager at Sustainable Silicon Valley from 2010 to April 2013 and held a position as Senior Civil Engineer at URS Corporation from 1999 to 2008. Earlier career highlights include founding Mary Kean Consulting as a Senior Environmental Engineer and roles at Parsons Engineering Science, Canonie Environmental, and Foth & Van Dyke in various engineering capacities. Mary Kean's educational background includes a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with certificates in Sustainability from the University of California, Berkeley.
