Paul Yang is an experienced engineer with a robust background in water utility management and environmental engineering. Currently serving as an engineer at California Water Service Company since June 2004, Paul has expertise in unidirectional flushing, well maintenance and rehabilitation, hydraulic analysis, and the design and efficiency analysis of pumping systems. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a staff engineer at SECOR from October 2002 to May 2004, focusing on groundwater sampling and remediation. Paul also gained early experience as an intern at Sempra Energy, engaging in public relations and energy audits, and as co-proprietor of DP Motoring, specializing in mobile electronics sales and installation. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, earned between 1996 and 2001.
