Jeffrey F. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jeffrey began their career as an Attorney at Klehr, Harrison Harvey Branzburg & Ellers, LLP, specializing in real estate law and closely held business matters. Jeffrey then joined Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP as an Associate, focusing on real estate and secured financing matters.

From 2003 to 2009, Jeffrey served as the Senior Vice President, Real Estate Transactions & General Counsel at Gramercy Property Trust. In this role, they handled a range of responsibilities including real estate transactions, streamlining transactional documentation, and structuring complex sale-leaseback transactions.

In 2009, Jeffrey joined CubeSmart as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Jeffrey also served as the Head of Risk Management and later became the Head of Human Resources. In their role as Corporate Secretary, they advised the Board of Trustees and Executive Management on corporate governance, shareholder engagement, and risk management.

Recently, Jeffrey has taken on leadership roles in prestigious clubs. Jeffrey served as the President of the Los Angeles Athletic Club, overseeing club operations and restoring services following pandemic-related restrictions. Jeffrey is currently the President of the California Yacht Club, where they have restructured leadership and managed the club's operations.

Jeffrey F. attended Rutgers Law School from 1992 to 1995, earning a JD degree in Law. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Dickinson College from 1988 to 1992, obtaining a BA degree in Policy Studies. In 2010, they also obtained the NACD Directorship Certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
