Gabrielle Turton-McBride

Gabrielle Turton-McBride serves as the Group Talent Director and Head of Talent at Calisen since April 2024, where leadership spans Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Talent Management, including overseeing the Smarter Energy Academy. Prior to this role, Gabrielle held the position of Board Trustee at BACKUP North West and served as Head of Talent at dnata for a brief period. From January 2019 to July 2023, Gabrielle worked as a Strategic People Business Partner and Group Talent Lead at Vimto, managing talent-related functions and collaborating with senior leadership. Additional experience includes significant roles at Asda, where responsibilities included Head of Resourcing and various leadership positions within Learning and Development and Diversity & Inclusion. Gabrielle began a career in recruitment as Resourcing Manager at Euroforce People Solutions Ltd and Resourcing Officer at DSGi Business. Gabrielle holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Fashion Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BSC in Social Science (criminology/psychology) from the University of Brighton.
