Dr. Andrew Adipuri is a highly experienced metallurgist and process engineer with a diverse background in pyrometallurgy, extractive metallurgy, and technology development. Currently serving as MIND ID Commissioning Process Lead for Hatch, Dr. Adipuri oversees projects related to sustainable aluminum production and conducts various audits for major metal companies. Previous roles include Senior Technology Development/Project Manager at Calix Limited, where innovative calcination processes were developed, and Senior Metallurgist at Glencore, focusing on energy-efficient smelting processes. Dr. Adipuri has held key positions in multiple organizations, managing substantial projects and contributing to advancements in metallurgy across sectors. Academic credentials include a PhD in Metallurgy, an MSc in Electrical Engineering, and an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School.
