Brent Barker

Brent Barker is a Senior Customer Success Specialist for Arlo at Calix, a position held since May 2022, following a promotion from Customer Success Specialist. Prior to joining Calix, Brent served as a Customer Success Manager and Video Broadband Engineer at Great Plains Communications from April 2021 to May 2022 and December 2008 to April 2021, respectively. Brent's career began in customer service and security technician roles, contributing to a well-rounded skill set in customer support and technical services. Education is ongoing at Ivy Tech Community College-Southeast, which commenced in 2015.
