Joe Porenta

Joe Porenta currently serves as the Vice President of Tax at Calix since May 2023. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Senior Director of Tax at Bird from February 2022 to May 2023, and before that, Joe was with Stoneridge, where Joe worked from February 2017 to February 2022 as both VP of Tax and Internal Audit and Director of Global Tax. Joe's earlier experience includes serving as International Tax Manager at Gentherm from September 2014 to February 2017, Global Tax Manager at Maxion Wheels from June 2012 to August 2014, and as a Tax Manager at KPMG from June 2007 to May 2012, with a brief stint as Senior Tax Advisor at KPMG Luxembourg. Joe Porenta earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Master of Arts in Accounting with a specialization in Taxation from Michigan State University and its Eli Broad College of Business.
