Burcu Yıldırım

Burcu Yıldırım has held various roles in the Business Intelligence field since 2014. Burcu began their career at Infopark Information Technologies A.S. as a Business Analyst in 2014. In 2015, they moved to CK Enerji, where they held the roles of Business Intelligence and Reporting Specialist and Software and Database Specialist. In 2018, they joined Projet Yazılım ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant. In 2019, they joined Sanko Holding as a Business Intelligence and Reporting Specialist, where they were responsible for development of report requests from business units in SQL and PowerBI environment, development of dashboards for the board, maintenance and support of existing reports, creating data models with Power Query, instant data dashboards, alarm and tracking systems creation and management by Grafana tool, and analysis, design, development and support of dashboard processes in Energy, Marketing, Textile, Food, Investment, Production, Planning, Finance, Situation Analyzes, etc. In 2020, they held the role of Business Intelligence Manager at both AloTech and Call Center Studio.

Burcu Yıldırım received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Bilgisayar Mühendisliği from Gazi University between 2008 and 2014. In 2013, they also completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Informatics from Stiftung Universität Hildesheim. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals certification from Coursera in March 2021, a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from BilgeAdam in February 2020, and a POWER BI AND AI BOOTCAMP - ISTANBUL/2019 certification from RADACAD in September 2019.
