Fatih Kafadar has worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Call Center Studio since 2018. Fatih has also worked as a Teknik Destek Uzmanı at AloTech since 2018, where they were responsible for working on cloud PBX, cloud contact center, and line pooling solutions, creating IVR structures, and taking necessary actions for operator and customer-side network issues. Additionally, they have worked as a Teknik Destek Uzmanı at Procom Teknoloji since 2018.

Fatih Kafadar attended Anadolu University from 2015 to 2019, graduating with a Lisans Derecesi in Business. Prior to this, they attended Sakarya University from 2012 to 2015, obtaining an Önlisans in Computer Programming. Fatih also holds a certification in Information Security Awareness from BGA Bilgi Güvenliği.
